Article 1
The participation deadline for the Blind Test 2010 competition is 31th July 2010.
Article 2
Participation is open to all Swedish, German, Belgian, Luxemburgish, French, Spanish, Czech, Italian, Swiss and Austrian residents of 18 years and over, with the exception of employees of ESL-Language studies abroad.
Article 3
In order to play, the participant must fill in all the fields on the form. Any incomplete or inexact registration will not be considered and will be invalidated. One participation is allowed.
Winners are informed in writing.
ESL Education SA may not be held responsible for the non-attribution of prizes for reasons outside of their control (incomplete or erroneous contact details, losses,…)
People who have not been able to be reached or who have not responded prior to the 30.09.2010 may not claim their prize. ESL Education SA therefore reserves the right to reattribute the prizes or to keep them for another campaign.
Article 4
1. The prizes are the following:
1 x 1 language study stay of two weeks in Dublin organised by ESL – Language studies abroad;
1 x KODAK EASYSHARE M530 Digital Camera;
1 x KODAK EASYSHARE P736 Digital Frame;
2. The language study stays are subject to the following specific terms and conditions:
a) The language study stay must be used up between 04.10.2010 and 30.06.2011;
b) The winner must contact ESL-Language studies abroad a minimum of one month prior to the date of his/her effective departure;
c) The winner is obliged to state his/her status during the booking, without which the language study stay will be invoiced to him/her without any possible recourse.
Article 5
ESL Education SA reserves the right to shorten, modify or cancel without prior notice all or part of this game if circumstances oblige them. No compensation may be claimed.
Confidentiality and data protection
The data provided as part of this competition are the co-ownership of ESL Education SA and the Montreux Jazz Festival Foundation.
By accepting the terms and conditions of participation, the participants accept that the aforementioned entities may use their data within the framework of their respective promotions.
